Payments: Rec Soccer

Rec Soccer is currently in active development (beta). Pricing, features, and payment functionality may change without notice.
Rec Soccer is operated by Attuned Ventures LLC as a third-party software platform provider.
Attuned Ventures LLC is NOT a party to peer-to-peer payments arranged between players, teams, captains, facilities, leagues, or organizers, and is not responsible for collecting, holding, or disbursing those funds.
This page summarizes how payments work inside Rec Soccer. It is provided for transparency and is supplemental to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Premium subscription: An optional monthly subscription that removes advertising from the app.
Rec Coins: An in-app virtual currency used for select features and digital purchases inside the app.
Team Payments tracking: A free feature that lets captains and players record peer-to-peer payments (e.g., field fees, dues). Rec Soccer does not process these payments — the money moves directly between users via the third-party method they choose.

Stripe processes web-based and certain in-app payments (premium subscriptions and select purchases). Stripe collects payment card information, billing address, and transaction details under its own terms. Stripe Services Agreement · Stripe Privacy

Rec Soccer does not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Card data is tokenized and stored by the payment processor.

The Team Payments feature is a tracking and reminder tool, not a payment processor.
Players send money directly to one another using their preferred third-party method, including Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, or cash. Each method is governed by its own provider's terms.
Rec Soccer only records that a payment was marked as sent, received, owed, or settled. We do not transfer, hold, or escrow funds.
Disputes about the existence, amount, or settlement of any peer-to-peer payment must be resolved between the parties involved and, where applicable, with the relevant payment provider.
Marking a payment as paid in Rec Soccer does not constitute proof of payment. Always retain a record from the underlying payment provider.

The premium subscription is currently offered at $1 USD per month. Pricing may vary by region, currency, or platform, and may change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in the app under Settings > Premium, or through your Apple ID / Google Play account for purchases made on those platforms.
When you cancel, premium access continues until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
Premium subscribers do not see advertisements and have no ad-related data collected.

Rec Coins are a digital, in-app virtual currency. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are not transferable outside the app.
Rec Coins may be purchased through the App Store or Google Play, or earned by voluntarily watching rewarded video ads (rate-limited to 5 per day).
All Rec Coin purchases are final once the coins are credited to your account, except where required by applicable law or platform policy.
We may adjust pricing, available bundles, or the things Rec Coins can be used for as the app evolves.
Rec Coins associated with a deleted account are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded.

Prices shown in the app are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless your platform displays a localized currency. Conversion rates and platform fees are determined by the App Store, Google Play, or Stripe.
Prices may include or exclude applicable taxes depending on your region and the payment processor's settings. Receipts will reflect the final charged amount.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees charged by your payment provider, bank, or jurisdiction that are not collected by us.

App Store and Google Play purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their respective policies. Submit refund requests through your Apple ID or Google Play account.
Stripe purchases: Contact support@recsoccer.app within 14 days of the original charge. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will issue refunds where required by applicable law.
Subscriptions: Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law or platform policy.
Rec Coins: Virtual currency is generally non-refundable once credited. Statutory refund rights (e.g., in the EU/UK) are unaffected.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact support@recsoccer.app before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate.
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal may result in suspension of your premium subscription, forfeiture of Rec Coins, and temporary or permanent restriction of your account pending review.
Fraudulent disputes may be reported to the relevant payment processor and platform.

If a payment fails (declined card, insufficient funds, expired payment method), we may retry the charge in accordance with the payment processor's policies.
If a subscription payment cannot be collected, premium access will be paused until the payment is successfully completed.
Repeatedly failed payments may result in subscription cancellation.

App Store and Google Play purchases appear in your respective account purchase history. Apple and Google issue the official receipt for those transactions.
Stripe-processed payments generate an emailed receipt to the address on file. You can also view subscription status in the app under Settings > Premium.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rec Soccer, and you must have permission from a parent or guardian to make any purchase if you are under 18.
If a minor makes an unauthorized purchase using your payment method, contact the relevant App Store or Google Play, or email support@recsoccer.app for Stripe-processed purchases.

We may change pricing, payment processors, or the structure of premium and Rec Coin offerings as the product evolves.
For active subscribers, material price changes will be communicated in advance through the app or email, and will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
Continued use of paid features after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
